M AVRELIVS CAESAR AVG PII F, bare head right of Marcus Aurelius. Rev. TR POT III COS II, Clementia standing front, head left, holding patera and grain ears; CLEM in exergue. RIC 448d; Cohen 16. Extremely fine and extremely rare variety without CLEM in exergue and with grain ears instead of lifting skirt.
